International Soundex Reunion Registry (ISRR)
Serving the adoption community since 1975, the ISRR is the largest, free national adoption reunion registry in the U.S. Next-of-kin who have been separated at birth or by adoption, institutional or foster care, abandonment or divorce are eligible to use the Registry. The ISRR Registration Form can be downloaded at their Web site, but must be mailed to their office in Carson City. Upon request, White Oak will mail the ISRR form to triad members without Internet acess.
